Car Alarm System
1. The continuous chirping of the siren cannot be stopped by transmitter after the installation of ECU.
    1). Check if the plug is properly inserted.
    2). Check if the wires are properly connected.
    3). Check if the transmitter is matching the ECU and needs to be programmed again.
    4). Check if the siren is damaged.
    5). Check if the fuse of the ECU is burnt.

2. When the car parks on roadside and armed, there are false alarms by passing heavy vehicles.
    1). The sensitivity of the shock sensor is too high. Please lower the sensitivity by adjusting the shock sensor. If the problem still exists, please change to another shock sensor.

3. The siren does not chirp when the alarm system is triggered.
    1). Check if the siren is damaged.
    2). Check if the wire connection between the ECU and the siren is correct.
    3). Check the sensitivity of the sensor.
    4). Check if the car is mute armed.

4.Transmitter is ineffective or the control distance decreased significantly.
    1). Check the installation location of the antenna.
    2). Check the connection of the antenna to ECU.
    3). Tall building, radio tower or high frequency electromagnetic wave may affect the control range.
    4). Low transmitter battery. Please replace the battery or recharge the battery.
    5). Rusty battery spring.
    6). The frequency of the transmitter has been changed, replace the transmitter or change the frequency back to match the ECU.
    7). The transmitter is soaked or damaged. Change to a new programmed transmitter.
    8). Low voltage of the car battery. (lower than 10V)
    9). If both transmitters do not work, please check the circuit connection of the control box and power.
    * Test the system features by another programmed transmitter. If the system features are ok, the problem is from the transmitter.
    * If both transmitters do not work, please check the ECU, circuit connections and power source. There is no need to open the transmitter; and the ECU can be tested by tester from Steelmate.

5. The siren chirps sharply in 10 seconds after arming and the same situation happened after disarm and re-arm it again.
    1). The sensor has problem, check its wiring and sensitivity and fix the sensor           according to the manual. Change the sensor if it is damaged.
    2). The door or trunk is not closed properly, close it completely.
    3). The door PIN switch or wiring has problem.

6.The central door lock does not work normally or does not work at all.
    1). Check the wiring according to the manual.
    2). Check if the car has Vacuum lock. If the car has Vacuum lock, please change the jump switch according to the manual.
    2). The fuse is burnt, check the wiring and fix the problem, then change the fuse.
    3). The motor of central lock is damaged.

7. Turn signals donˇŻt flash after disarming the system, or the siren does not chirp when the door is opened without disarming.
    1). Check if the door trigger wire is connected properly.
    2). Check if the door switch is on.
    3). Check if siren is damaged.

8. The LCD transmitter does not work.
    1). Improper battery installation.
    2). Low battery.
    3). The LCD transmitter is soaked or damaged.
