Quality control is rigorously carried out in the whole production process, from IQC, PQC, to FQC. All products have been thoroughly tested before launch. By using high quality electronic components and parts, adopting advanced manufacturing techniques and stringent quality management systems (ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001), We guarantee the overall quality of our products.

QC staff
Our in-house QC staff are composed of trained engineers, technicians and production staff to perform QC inspections.
QC procedures
Our QC system covers all the production stages from incoming raw materials/components to finished products. We also conduct random checks and inspections on the products after packaging.
Our QC system is comprehensive, including:
• Incoming quality control (IQC)
• Processing quality control (PQC)
• Final quality control (FQC)
• Quality assurance control (QAC)
Our products may undergo some of the following tests:
• Temperature shock test, extreme temperature/humidity test
• Ultraviolet aging test
• Salty water spray test
• Drop and vibration tests etc.
