Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
All products produced by Steelmate are warranted for a limited period of time (usually 12 months) from the date of purchase. The warranty may be extended to 24~36 months for specific products or models.

Export/Import processing support
Our company provides the following services:
insurance, shipping, customs, export documents, etc. (as required)
After sales service
All Steelmate's products have a minimum 12-month quality warranty and product maintenance. We also provide technical support through E-mail/fax or telephone.
